What Net-30 means
Approved business buyers can receive their goods first and pay the invoice within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, instead of paying in full at checkout.
Net-30 is not available automatically. Every account starts on prepaid terms (card, bank transfer or wire) and can apply for Net-30 once verified.
Who is eligible
- A registered business with a verified NonaMart account.
- Company registration documents and a tax ID (VAT, EIN, ABN or local equivalent).
- At least one completed prepaid order with NonaMart, or two verifiable trade references.
- A business shipping address in a country we export to.
How to apply
Open a ticket with the topic Wholesale enquiry from your account, or email support@nonamart.com with the subject "Net-30 application", and attach your company documents and tax ID. We usually reply within 3 business days.
Credit limit
Each approved buyer receives a credit limit based on order history and verification. Orders above the available limit must be part-paid in advance. Limits are reviewed regularly and may be increased after on-time payments.
Invoices and due date
- An invoice is issued when the order is dispatched.
- Payment is due 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
- Payable by international bank wire (SWIFT) or the payment methods shown on the invoice. Bank charges on the sender's side are paid by the buyer.
- Prices are invoiced in the currency agreed at order confirmation.
Late payment
If an invoice is overdue, new orders on Net-30 are paused until the balance is cleared. Repeated late payment may lead to Net-30 being withdrawn and the account returning to prepaid terms.
Disputes
Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos, as described in our Returns Policy. Undisputed amounts on the invoice remain due on the original date.
Changes
NonaMart may change or withdraw Net-30 terms for future orders with notice. These terms form part of our Terms & Conditions.
