- Inside Nepal: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- India and SAARC: usually 5-9 business days after dispatch.
- Europe, UK, US, Canada, and Australia: usually 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- Wholesale or bulk freight: quoted per order based on weight, destination, and carrier availability.

On average, standard international shipments are successfully delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch. A Live Tracking Link will be automatically sent to your registered Email/WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment center, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

International parcels usually ship with express logistics partners. Domestic deliveries use trusted local last-mile carriers.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed after dispatch and is also available from the customer order detail page when the customer has an account.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance requirements are the recipient's responsibility unless an order quote explicitly states otherwise.
Delays
If tracking has not updated for several business days, open a support ticket and our team will investigate with the carrier.
