Delivery times
- Inside Nepal: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- India & SAARC: 5–9 business days via DHL Express.
- Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia: 5–10 business days via DHL Express.
- Bulk / wholesale (40 kg+): 10–18 business days via sea or consolidated air. We'll quote per order.
Times are calendar days excluding weekends and Nepali public holidays. Customs clearance in your country may add 1–3 days outside our control.
Carriers
International parcels ship via DHL Express. Inside Nepal we use NCM Couriers and Pathao for last-mile delivery. Bulk freight is consolidated through our forwarding partners on a per-order basis.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Tracking is also visible on your order detail page. Guest orders include a tracking link in the confirmation email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duty and local sales tax are the recipient's responsibility, calculated by your country's customs authority. DHL contacts the recipient directly for clearance — please respond promptly to avoid return-to-sender charges.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, or your estimated window has passed, open a ticket from the order page or via Customer Service. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Address changes
Address changes are only possible before the parcel is dispatched — usually within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if you spotted a mistake.
