Return window
- Non-perishable goods (handicraft, garments): 14 days from delivery, in their original condition with tags / packaging intact.
- Perishables (coffee, tea, spices, honey): Only eligible for return if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly mis-described.
- Custom / bulk orders: Non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong item
Open a ticket within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost — your choice. Use this form for damaged items, or this form if you received the wrong product.
How to start a return
- Open a ticket from Customer Service with your order number and reason.
- We'll email a return shipping label and pickup instructions within one business day.
- Pack the item with the original packaging where possible. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Refund timing
Once a refund is issued, it takes 3–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider. Card refunds tend to be faster than bank-transfer refunds.
Who pays return shipping?
- Damaged / wrong / defective: NonaMart covers return shipping.
- Change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
