Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using NonaMart, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Accounts
NonaMart is a business-to-business marketplace. You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind the business you register on behalf of. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
Orders and pricing
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and verification. Prices, minimum order quantities, and wholesale tiers are shown at the time of ordering and may change before an order is accepted. Where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Payment
Payment must be made through the methods offered at checkout. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless an order quote states otherwise.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery timelines, return eligibility, and refund handling are governed by our Shipping Information, Returns Policy, and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Product information and traceability
We work with our producers to keep listings, origin details, and QR traceability records accurate. Product images and descriptions are indicative, and natural agricultural products vary in appearance, size, and colour.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the marketplace, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or copy content at scale, resell access to your account, or use NonaMart in breach of applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
Intellectual property
The NonaMart name, logo, site content, and software are owned by NonaMart or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NonaMart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you may have under consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
